Prices, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany and Austria.

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat rate of €19.90 per order for delivery within Germany and Austria. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Payment by cash on delivery is not offered.

No shipping costs apply to digital content (e-books, software, etc.).

The flat shipping rate is 19.90 Euros. The flat shipping rate includes statutory VAT. Since the VAT on the flat shipping rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may decrease if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g., when purchasing books). This means that the flat shipping rate can only be definitively calculated during the order process. However, it cannot be higher, only lower in your favor.
